For almost a decade, Open Arms Health, LLC, has met the home health needs of families in Hunterdon and Somerset counties, New Jersey. Whether for a few weeks of care following an injury or years of care supporting an individual with a chronic illness, Open Arms stands ready to provide the care you need, care you can count on.

It is easy to get started… Our Lead RN will gather background information and then conduct a thorough home assessment of the patient. That leads to development of a care plan. Based on that, we identify the Open Arms team member best suited to your unique situation and client’s personality. An RN stays involved throughout, offering supervision, support and resources to her teammates.
Whether your family member requires a licensed Home Health Aide or a lively companion to mentally and physically stimulate your loved one, Open Arms has the professional staff to give you peace of mind.
Since 2009, Open Arms has also provided specialized group care for frail elderly, mostly Alzheimer’s patients, in our Social Day Club in Lebanon Borough, NJ, (Hunterdon County.)
The goal of both inter-related programs is to enable caregivers to keep their loved ones as healthy and independent as possible, for as long as possible, to avoid or delay nursing home or assisted living placement. We are very proud of our track record in doing just that.
